The BlueWater Chamber Orchestra is now in its 8th season, and last November, they presented a program called "Lush Autumn Musings" at Plymouth Church in Shaker Heights. Guest conductor Daniel Meyer led a program of works by Ravel, Barber, and Schubert. At intermission, WCLV's Angela Mitchell speaks with soprano Laura Pedersen. 

Facebook Live with the Ohio Shakespeare Festival

Actors from the Ohio Shakespeare Festival visited WCLV—in costume!—to preview their Family Theatre production "The Three Musketeers: An Adventure, With Music." 

Tess Burgler (d’Artagnan, Managing Director) and Joe Pine (Playwright, Athos), spoke on the air with Bill O'Connell. Then, they and Ryan Zarecki (Fight Director, Porthos) and Jason Leupold (Music Director, Aramis) went down to the KeyBank Studio for a Facebook Live session, hosted by Angela Mitchell.

Angela Mitchell hosted this episode of Cleveland Ovations, featuring performances from Arts Renaissance Tremont. The concert series is now in its 27th season in residence at Pilgrim Congregational United Church of Christ. The program includes chamber music by Beethoven, Britten, Schumann, and Paul Lansky.

The North Coast Winds, formed in 2013, are made up of five alumni from the Cleveland Institute of Music. They visited the KeyBank Studio for an hour of music and conversation, hosted by WCLV's Angela Mitchell. They performed works by Paquito D'Rivera, Gunther Schuller, Darius Milhaud, and more.
